ok so if you were to come into a team when the team already had say 23 wins, and you win 2 battles with that team. Would you still get the +5 gladiator points that are given on return?

No assuming please, just answer if you know how it works please.

Most unfair system ever.
Consider one party member having two consecutives, that team except one is screwed from the very start on the +25 wins.

For 5 wins its 1 glad, 10 is 2 , 15 is 3, 20 is 4 , 25 is 4 and you also get +5 points for getting 25 streak and returning to the outpost. I'm wondering if the players that enters late can get the +5 bonus.

the reason I don't play RA anymore. (since RA is only way now to get glad points + coming in late in a 10 win streak is not the worst. you could always have some luck, beating 1 or 2 TA teams.)

the answer to what you are wondering is still no cause the late entering player never reaches the 25 wins for the bonus +5. the game keeps tabs on how many wins each person has not the whole team as a group

always ask your team mates if they alrdy got wins. and tell them to leave at 25 right away! This will keep you in the game with an new team. And with some luck you can get a nice team to get those last few wins to.

p.s don't forgot to leave super fast yourself to. help your fellow players! together we can beat this lame system!!
